7-Day Exchange and Return Policy
You can exchange or return any teddy bear purchased from Stuffeez.pk within 7 days of delivery, provided that it meets the following conditions:
- Item Condition: The teddy bear must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
100% Refund for Damaged Items
If the teddy bear you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a 100% refund. Please follow these steps to initiate a refund for damaged items:
- Inspect the Item: Upon receiving your package, please inspect the teddy bear carefully. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us immediately at stuffeez.pk@gmail.com with details and pictures of the damage.
- Return the Item: We will guide you on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions
