1. What are the shipping charges & time?

We currently offer Standard Shipping, and charges may vary depending on location. Shipping may take up to 4-6 working days.

While Stuffeez provides free shipping on the initial order, replacement/Exchange shipments are not eligible for free delivery. For every approved replacement/exchange request, shipping charges will be payable before the exchanged/replacement item is dispatched. This fee applies regardless of the reason for the replacement/exchanges unless otherwise determined by Stuffeez.

1. What is the exchange, return, and refund policies for stuffeez.pk?

Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase if an item is eligible for return. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call +92 302 1472393 or email us at stuffeez.pk@gmail.com , and you’ll receive instructions on how to get an exchange or a refund. If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
