If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have a 7-days Standard Return / Refund Policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at stuffeez.pk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception or at delivery and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us, and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

Non-returnable

Returns are not acceptable if the product is torn, deadly used, stained, without tags, and without original packaging, then we cannot accept a return. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounts or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

ORDER PLACEMENT, ACCEPTANCE, CANCELLATION & REFUSAL

1. Order Placement Does Not Constitute Final Acceptance

Placing an order through Stuffeez.pk constitutes a request by the customer to purchase the selected product(s). Receipt of an order does not, by itself, constitute final acceptance of the order by Stuffeez.

Any automatically generated order confirmation, WhatsApp message, SMS, email, order number, invoice, fulfilment update, shipping notification, or similar system-generated communication is primarily intended to acknowledge or update the status of an order and should not, by itself, be treated as final acceptance where further verification or confirmation is required.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to verification or confirmation by Stuffeez before dispatch. This verification may take place through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any other reasonable method selected by Stuffeez.

Stuffeez may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order before processing or dispatching it.

3. Right to Accept, Decline or Cancel Orders

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stuffeez reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where reasonably necessary due to:

• product unavailability or inventory errors;
• incorrect product information or pricing errors;
• payment or order-verification issues;
• incomplete or inaccurate customer information;
• suspected fraudulent, abusive, duplicate or non-genuine orders;
• repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD deliveries;
• operational, courier or delivery limitations;
• previous transaction disputes or circumstances that, in Stuffeez's reasonable assessment, create a material risk of further dispute, loss or misuse;
• technical or system errors; or
• any other legitimate business reason permitted by applicable law.

Stuffeez will not refuse an order on any ground prohibited by applicable law.

4. Automated Communications and Technical Errors

Stuffeez uses automated systems for certain order confirmations, fulfilment updates, WhatsApp messages, emails, SMS messages and shipping notifications.

Occasionally, an automated communication may be generated incorrectly or before the relevant manual verification or operational step has been completed. Where an automated message conflicts with the actual order status, Stuffeez may contact the customer to clarify or correct the status as soon as reasonably practicable.

An erroneous automated notification will not override rights or obligations that otherwise exist under applicable law.

5. Orders Cancelled by Stuffeez

Where Stuffeez declines or cancels an order before dispatch, the customer will be informed through reasonable means.

For Cash on Delivery orders where no payment has been collected, no payment obligation will arise in respect of the cancelled order.

Where Stuffeez has already received payment for an order that it subsequently cancels, the amount received for the cancelled item/order will be refunded through an appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-processing requirements.

6. Dispatch and Order Status

An order displayed as “confirmed,” “processing,” “fulfilled,” or similar within an automated system does not necessarily establish that the parcel has physically been handed over to a courier.

Where relevant, actual dispatch may be evidenced by the parcel being handed over to the courier or other applicable fulfilment records.

7. Customer Cancellations

Customers should contact Stuffeez as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. Cancellation requests received after an order has been dispatched may not be capable of being processed and may instead be governed by the applicable return/refund policy.

8. Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the applicable laws of Pakistan, including applicable consumer-protection legislation.

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
